I Made an order for a birthday present a week away from when I ordered it. It states it will be dispatched within 48 hours. I emailed them about this 4 days later as it still just says ‘order placed’ and they said they would sort it but 3 days after that it’s still the same. Don’t give false dispatch times if you can’t meet them.

Great company! I have several t-shirts now and love them. Orders always arrive quickly, the fits is great and they wash well. I'll absolutely be back.

I already have several LGBT+ and bisexual flag T-shirts from you so know they fit well, are made of really soft cotton and delivery to Italy works fine. I thought it was very cool that you so explicitly supported trans people and #TransAwarenessWeek, so I bought my first trans flag T-shirt and, yes, “Your authentic self looks good on you”, I don’t know how you could not support trans people ?️‍⚧️❤️?️‍⚧️.

I ordered multiple t-shirts from The Spark Company and they were received into Australia in fantastic condition. These shirts are super soft and long enough in the ladies styles to cover all those lumps and bumps without being too long. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company in the future. Great customer service from Jenny. My T-shirt turned up with a tiny hole in. She replied to my email right away, apologised and advised they would send a new one ASAP as it’s a gift for someone. 10 out of 10. Will buy from them again ?

Absolutely love my (queen) sweatshirt....super soft and exactly as pictured. Also excellent customer service given when I asked for an exchange. This is my second purchase (also have the Woman Up tee) and won't be my last.

EDIT. SORRY. Both orders went in to my junk mail. Totally my fault. have made two orders and neither one have sent confirmation to my email address but have taken the money from my account. What is going on???

Excellent customer care. Ordered tshirts during the pandemic in Japan. Nothing arrived for a month. Got in touch and I received such kind emails from Jenny who supported me through the whole thing and finally received the goods and we are delighted with the quality. I’m so thankful for that communication time. Delighted with the products and was instantly told “I love that” when I first wore my “woman up” shirt. Thanks for such awesomeness.

I have several pieces from them and brought them for friends too. The fit is good, the design doesn’t crack or flake after washing, the material is comfy to wear and I always get positive comments when wearing them.

I bought (my 2nd) shirt on Spark and the fit wasn’t right- got an absolute fabulous customer support offering me to exchange for any other model and size- the cs representative then contacted me proactively during amd post the exchange to check if all was ok. Premium service, human touch a and a great product I love.

My HOLLYWOOD writer pal admired my WOMAN UP T-shirt in the UK and with no more ado about nothing, I ordered one for her on my return to Spain, where the original garment was ordered and it landed on her doorstep within days and greeted her arrival!
